Marketing: Digital Marketing Coordinator

This position will report to the Director of Marketing and is essential to the growing marketing department within Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt family.  The candidate must be well versed in all things digital and will be the key stakeholder of implementing, managing and analyzing all KPI’s for daily social media management, creation of engaging content, email & text messaging customer journey as well as search engine and website optimization.  A strong work-ethic and a creative mind with an analytical approach to achieving industry benchmarks and campaign goals are essential.


  • Create content with partner resources and execute the social media calendar through all channels recommended based on national campaign expectations while monitoring and engaging the online fan-base on a daily basis

  • Apply and analyze multiple email and text messaging strategies to further increase response and engagement of loyalty members

  • Direct, advise and negotiate on digital media buys across multiple platforms

  • Work directly with partner resources and software to continuously improve SEM & SEO

  • Provide KPI’s and interpret performance data, ROI and results each month

  • Key knowledge base to advise on new developments in the digital space and identify new opportunities

  • Provide training tools and tutorial sessions for the franchise community when further training is advised.


  • Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree required with an emphasis marketing, communications, PR or a related field

  • 2 – 3 years hands-on experience in digital marketing role with an advertising agency or global brand

  • Worked with Salesforce email marketing platform, SEO providers and social media management dashboards

  • Familiar with Adwords – keyword development, account set up, ad creation, content network, match types, quality score, negative keywords, conversion rate

  • Advanced abilities in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Must be self-motivated with creative thinking, problem solving and advanced time management skills

Marketing: Marketing Coordinator

This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing. This candidate should have a passion for marketing.

Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead national marketing programs and new product launches; must be comfortable managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timelines are met
  • Draft creative briefs for national programs and product launches
  • Draft monthly rollout packs and assist in obtaining department approvals on time, in full
  • Lead the flavor sensory program including managing time-sensitive data, and creating reports
  • Assist in managing the national marketing calendar
  • Create monthly webinar content
  • Prepare monthly campaign reference guides for field team
  • Coordinate national sweepstakes programs
  • Handle PR inquiries, pitch media, draft press releases as needed
  • Copywriter for campaigns


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, either with a marketing agency or a global brand
  • Must be familiar with excel and Powerpoint
