A: mySmileage is Menchie’s rewards program! With the mySmileage program, you will earn one smile for every dollar you spend at Menchie’s! Q: How do I unsubscribe from Menchie’s emails?
A: You may unsubscribe by clicking “stop-sending” at the bottom of your mySmileage emails.
Q: My smiles were not added to my account. What can I do?
A: Please email here with your account information, date/time of visit, check number, and total amount spent and someone will be in touch with a resolution.
Q: I registered online. Where do I get a card?
A: As you have signed up online with your phone number you do not need a card; your account is set up with your phone number!
If you would like a card, please request one upon your next in-store visit. Once you receive the card simply log in to your account here so you may update to reflect your new card!
Q: Do I earn smiles on gift cards?
A: Per our program rules, we are not able to provide Smiles when you buy a gift card, however are happy to provide you with Smiles when the gift card is redeemed at the store.
Q: What is the birthday reward?
A: The birthday reward gives registered guests a yearly $5 coupon to use 15 days before or 15 days after their birthday.
The coupon can only be used on a singular transaction, and is automatically attached to your mySmileage account. To check if you have a birthday reward, please visit (check your balance page).
Q: I have multiple accounts. How do I merge them?
A: Please contact us here and a member of our guest care team would be happy to assist you. We ask that you provide us with the accounts you would like to merge in your request.

Q: I am a vegetarian/vegan can I eat at your stores?
A: All our sorbet options are dairy-free, meaning they contain no milk or milk derived ingredients, therefore they are recommended for both vegans and vegetarians.
Q: What sweeteners are used in your “no-sugar added” flavors?
A: Several of the no sugar added flavors contain one or more of the following sweeteners: aspartame, sorbitol, acesulfame potassium, and/or sucralose.
Q: Do you have dairy free options?
A: All of our sorbet options are dairy-free.
Q: Do your products contain eggs?
A: Some of our frozen yogurt products contain eggs. Examples of the flavors that have eggs include but are not limited to: Red Velvet Royale, Strawberry Shortcake Delight, Takes the Cake Batter, Uber Fudgy Brownie Batter, and Pineapple Cake. Please note that our frozen yogurt is made in a factory that processes eggs, and therefore it is possible that our products contain trace amounts of eggs. A: Some of our frozen yogurt products contain gluten. Examples of the flavors that have gluten include, but are not limited to Cookie Dough Monster, I Dream of Cookies n’ Cream, Pineapple Cake, Red Velvet Royale, Takes the Cake Batter, and Strawberry Shortcake Delight.

Q: Do your products contain nuts?
A: Some of our frozen yogurt products contain both peanuts and tree nuts. Examples of the flavors that have peanut and tree nuts include, but are not limited to Premier Pistachio, Creamy Peanut Butter, Nutty Hazelnut, Uber Fudgy Brownie Batter, and Fresh Shredded Coconut.

Q: Do your products contain corn?
A: There is at least one corn product present in most of our flavors, as our primary sweetener is corn syrup. Additionally, our stabilizing system contains dextrose and maltodextrin, which are derived from corn starch.
Q: Is your yogurt kosher?
A: Menchie's frozen yogurt flavors are certified kosher by Kosher Supervision of America or Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America in their sealed containers.
Q: What is a serving size of your product?
A: The serving size for our frozen yogurt is 4 fluid ounces.

Q: Who founded Menchie’s? When and where did the first store open?
A: Menchie's opened its first store in Valley Village, a suburban community of Los Angeles, California, on May 15, 2007, by husband and wife team Adam and Danna Caldwell. The Menchie's concept emerged from a story of two lovebirds and their common love of frozen yogurt, when Adam took Danna to a frozen yogurt store on their first date; that was when Danna's sweet tooth took over, and the world of frozen yogurt was never the same again.

Q: I bought a gift card in the US but I am traveling outside of the US, can I use it?
A: Gift cards can be only redeemed in the country where they are purchased.
Q: What recycling options does Menchie’s have for spoons and cups?
A: Menchie’s is currently developing nationwide recycling options for our locations, and some of our locations have already begun to offer recycling in-store.
Additionally, our Menchie’s branded spoons are made from polypropylene and are free of BPA, PVC and phthalates. They are not biodegradable, however they are recyclable in most facilities. Additionally, they can be taken home and are dishwasher safe if washed on the top rack.
