No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the changes of winning.
1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes are open to people 18 years and older who reside in the continental U.S. and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, franchisees, team members, their respective affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers and immediate family members are not eligible to win. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries must be received on time and in-full. Incomplete entries will not be counted.
4. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random and will be notified by being tagged on our social media pages.

- Must be a resident of the continental U.S.
- Winners must provide their full name and mailing address via DM within 5 business days of being notified, or else the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Menchie’s is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
5. Terms: Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any sweepstakes at any time for any reason.
6. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, representatives, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.
