All our sorbet options are dairy-free, meaning they contain no milk or milk derived ingredients, therefore they are recommended for both vegans and vegetarians. We also have 100% vegan and plant-based flavors that rotate regularly that are made with oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk. There is at least one corn product present in most of our flavors, as our primary sweetener is corn syrup. Additionally, our stabilizing system contains dextrose and maltodextrin, which are derived from corn starch.

Menchie’s frozen yogurt flavors are certified kosher by Kosher Supervision of America or Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America in their sealed containers.

The serving size for our frozen yogurt is 4 fluid ounces.

mySmileage +

mySmileage is Menchie’s rewards program. With the Menchie’s app, you will earn one point for every dollar you spend at Menchie’s. Every time you earn 50 points, you’ll receive a $5 reward to use toward a future frozen yogurt or cake purchase!

If you love FREE froyo, this app is for you! When you register with our app, you will receive 25 bonus points (just for registering), a free $5 reward every time you reach 50 points, and a free $5 reward on your birthday!

It’s easy – just download the Menchie’s app from the Apple Store or Google Play, complete the registration process (including adding your mobile phone number), and you’re automatically a member! Please note that the app is required to be included in our rewards program. All guests must be fully registered with our app to earn points and redeem rewards.

Points are Menchie’s rewards. The more points you earn (aka the more money you spend at Menchie’s), the more rewards you will receive towards FREE FROYO! To earn points, just tap “Earn” on the bottom navigation bar of the app, and scan your QR code at the register when making a purchase. You will accumulate a point for each dollar spent on frozen yogurt, waffle bowls, froyo cakes or merchandise!

Per our program rules, we are not able to provide points when you buy a gift card; however, we are happy to provide you with points when the gift card is redeemed at a participating Menchie’s store.

Checking your balance is easy! Just tap the “Rewards” tab on the bottom navigation bar of our app to see your points balance and to see any available rewards you have earned.

Points are not provided for take-out or delivery orders, including orders placed through third party providers such as DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, Postmates, etc.

To redeem a reward, tap “Rewards” on the bottom navigation bar of the app. Then tap on the reward you want to use, then tap “Redeem in Store” and then scan that reward’s QR code when you are making a purchase.

Our new rewards app allows only one reward to be used per transaction. But don’t worry, you can come back to Menchie’s again and use another reward with your next visit!

If you have our app and completed the registration process, you’ll receive a $5 reward for your birthday each year. The reward will be available 7 days before your birthday and 7 days after your birthday, making it available for a total of 15 days. Please make sure to use your birthday reward on time, as it is a limited-time offer and once it expires, it cannot be generated again.

There is no cash value to your rewards at any time, as they will be provided to you as a discount on items at Menchie’s. Points, rewards, and promotional coupons or offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Rewards for points earned on purchases do not currently expire. However, points, promotional coupons and birthday rewards may expire. To check when a reward expires, tap the reward and read the fine print.

All guests must be fully registered with our app to earn points and redeem rewards. If you had previous Menchie’s Money on your old account, that balance was transitioned to points on 9/17/25. Once you register with our app, just tap “Rewards” on the bottom navigation bar to view your points balance.

All e-gift card balances and stored value balances were converted into a digital gift card that was emailed on 9/17/25. Please check your email for your digital gift card. Menchie’s relies on email as a form of communication, and Menchie’s is not responsible for undelivered digital gift cards or digital communications for unsubscribed members.

Unfortunately, points may only be earned at the time of the transaction so they cannot be applied to past purchases.

No, we do not share your information outside of our rewards program.

To unsubscribe from Menchie’s emails, open your app, tap “More” on the bottom navigation bar, tap “Account”, then tap “Notification & Email Settings” and choose your selection accordingly. Please note that Menchie’s relies on email as a form of communication, and Menchie’s is not responsible for undelivered digital gift cards or digital communications for unsubscribed members.

If you decide you no longer want to be enrolled in our program, please tap “More” on the bottom navigation bar of the app, then tap “Account” and tap “Request Account Removal”. Our guest support team will deactivate your account, which will remove all your data (including any rewards and balances) from our rewards program entirely. Once your account is removed, your information is no longer accessible.

Cakes +

It’s up to you! Start with a base of chocolate or vanilla cake, then add layers of your favorite Menchie’s frozen yogurt flavors and toppings! Then, we decorate it with icing and more toppings, and can finish it with an image, character cake topper and/or message of your choice.

We offer 2 frozen yogurt cake sizes: the Family Size serves 10-12 guests and the Party Size serves 24-30 guests.

Absolutely, everyone loves seeing their favorite photo on our frozen yogurt cakes! Make sure to include it in your order, and send it in JPEG format.

Yes, we do! We have created the following six Signature Frozen Yogurt Cakes: PB’s Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cake, Chocolate Forever Frozen Yogurt Cake, Caramel Lovers Frozen Yogurt Cake, Mookie’s Cookies N’ Cream Frozen Yogurt Cake, Rainbow Sprinkles Frozen Yogurt Cake, and Chip’s Cookie Dough Fudge Frozen Yogurt Cake.

A Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Cake will last up to 30 days from the day it was made. You can find the date it was made on the bottom of your frozen yogurt cake box.

Yes! Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Cakes are a great addition to any celebration, including anniversaries, bridal/ baby showers, graduation parties, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, holidays, and more! Our frozen yogurt cakes bring BIG smiles to all parties!

Yes – frozen yogurt, cake bases, icing, and image toppers are all Kosher. Most of our toppings are Kosher as well.

Menchie’s requires that you place online orders at least 48 hours in advance. Please note your local store pick-up times when you order. If you need your Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Cake sooner, call or visit your local Menchie’s and choose from a variety of Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Cakes available for immediate pick-up.

About Us

At this time, we are a privately owned company and we do not offer stock options.

Menchie’s opened its first store in Valley Village, a suburban community of Los Angeles, California, on May 15, 2007, by husband and wife team Adam and Danna Caldwell. The Menchie’s concept emerged from a story of two lovebirds and their common love of frozen yogurt, when Adam took Danna to a frozen yogurt store on their first date; that was when Danna’s sweet tooth took over, and the world of frozen yogurt was never the same again.

Environmentally Friendly +

Menchie’s is currently developing nationwide recycling options for our locations, and some of our locations have already begun to offer recycling in-store.

Additionally, our Menchie’s branded spoons are made from polypropylene and are free of BPA, PVC and phthalates. They are not biodegradable, however they are recyclable in most facilities. Additionally, they can be taken home and are dishwasher safe if washed on the top rack.
