Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Job Type: Full-time (~40 hours/week, including weekends)
Salary: $49,000 – $67,000+ annually
About the Role:
The Store Manager serves as the “Smile Leader,” overseeing daily operations, ensuring product quality, and leading a high-energy team to deliver a great guest experience. This is a hands-on role balancing administrative and in-store responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members
- Oversee operations, cleanliness, and product quality
- Manage inventory and vendor ordering
- Monitor sales, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of retail or food service management experience
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Oregon Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain)
